I don’t usually buy many things from the high street but this was too good not to. I really love the attention to detail, such as the pleating on the lapels, the puffed shoulders and the gathering at the back. I have been looking for a tartan blazer for ages now, but all of the vintage ones I have come across have been absolutely massive, so I really couldn’t let this one pass me by.

Today I went on a massive shopping spree and (literally) spent every last penny! I am officially broke until I get paid again – eek! However, I did buy some wonderful things so at least I will be poor with style. One of the items is this tartan blazer from TopShop:
