I saw a little column about vintage pop-up stores in The London Paper yesterday and thought I would share them:
Bernardo's Vintage Store
"This gem of a charity shop is stuffed with thousands of retro donations, hand picked from the other branches in the area, plus a few choice celebrity hand-me-downs. On offer are Holly Willoughby's signed Wedge Wellies, vintage Louis Vuittons from Rosamond Pike, Geri Halliwell's Spice Girl heels, plus other classy footwear from Twiggy and Dame Helen Mirren."
69 Broadwick Street, W1, until 31st December, Mon-Sat 10-7pm, Sun 12-6pm
Vintage Emporium at New Cross Gallery
"You don't have to go north for vintage fashion - the New Cross Gallery has swapped art works for clothes rails with this old-school free-for-all. Create your own unique look from any period from the 20s to the 80s with designer labels and French couture sources by Ooh La La Vintage. Or check out the end-of-season swap shop where you can refresh your wardrobe by trading in unloved items for new ones."
3 Lewishman Way, New Cross, SE14, until 31st December, Mon-Sat 10-7pm, Sun 12-5pm

Since you're actually in London (I think) you should go check this out: http://www.angels.uk.com/sale.html
All the vintage costumey goodies you can stuff into a bag for 50 pounds!
I am definitely going to that Alyssa!
It's all my friends and I have been talking about all week! xx
I haven't done vintage shopping in ages, I may check some of these out.
Penny,
I MUST see pictures of the Angels sale. Hope you take some!!
Yes, we want pictures of it!
I was so excited to find Guy Siner's Nazi pants from Allo Allo on their other site AsWornIn.com, but they're quite expensive.
They also have one of Juliette Binoche's 40's outfits from Chocolat! So pretty!
